AoC Sport looking for This Girl Can Ambassadors

After a successful This Girl Can Ambassador programme in 2016-17, AoC Sport is looking to identify a new group of inspiring Ambassadors for this academic year.

The This Girl Can Ambassadors will be tasked with raising awareness of the Sport England campaign. As well as promoting and delivering new and existing college activities to try and encourage their female students to get active, Ambassadors will be expected to target a minimum of 30 inactive females in their college throughout the year.

The application process is now live and will be open until 5pm on Tuesday 31 October. Students can apply here via this simple application process.

The chosen applicants will be invited to one of our national training events, which will increase their knowledge and understanding of the This Girl Can campaign including the data, insight and rationale behind it. Please find the details below:

The training will include understanding the role of an ambassador, how to target inactive and hard to reach groups as well as some social media training.
