Opportunity to take on British Rowing’s online rowing challenge
College staff and students have an exciting opportunity to take part in British Rowing’s #BRIC19 online rowing challenge.
In the lead up to the Mizuno British Rowing Indoor Championships (BRIC) on 7 December, participants must row 2,000m or 500m as fast as they can on a rowing machine and then take a photo of their time to post on social media.
In return, the college which gets the most participants will get free places on the Go Row Indoor Workshop for Fitness Professionals.
College fitness instructors, personal trainers, staff and tutors can get involved and encourage their students to also have a go.
The challenge is about participation, but this is a good incentive for the more competitive students to try and beat each other/themselves.
Please tag your college in social media posts.
