We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with a passion for high quality, excellent customer service and a keen interest in sport to join our friendly AoC Sport team in the role of Competitions Administrator. After a full induction with the team, your role will be to administer a range of competitions, provide competition data for the RFU, event manage AoC Sport cup finals and support member colleges with any enquiries. There will be an occasional need to travel and spend nights away from home when attending the National Championships, cup finals/play-offs and meetings.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate good administrative skills, excellent customer service and an enjoyment of working with others on joint projects. We are looking for a person with good attention to detail, confidence in the use of IT, advanced interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and under your own initiative when required and show the ability to prioritise short term tasks to meet long term priorities.
