Vacancy: ECFA Committee member

AoC Sport are seeking a new ECFA Committee member from the college sector.

ECFA Wembley Spec

The ECFA is the football delivery arm of AoC Sport. Working in close partnership with The Football Association, we aim to grow and sustain college football by delivering quality competitions and providing participation programmes for all.

Our football vision is to unify and inspire through college football. Our strategic goals and priorities for football are in line with both the AoC Sport sector-wide strategy ‘Fit for College, Fit for Work, Fit for Life’ and the FA National Game Strategy.

ECFA Committee is one of four advisory groups to the AoC Sport Board. The Committee is led by Chairman Kevin Hamblin, Principal at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, with support from Lauren O’Sullivan, National Football Development Manager at AoC Sport. The committee is made up of six college representatives (including one vacancy), two FA staff representatives and three AoC Sport representatives. Our aim is to create a committee with an appropriate mix of skills and experience for a modern, strategic and dynamic football committee which provides a voice for members and give expert advice to the National Football Development Manager and the AoC Sport board.
