Timetable of activity

The timetable of activity includes sessions being delivered by AoC Sport, colleges, our higher education partners and key sponsors.

AoC Sport will be hosting live fitness sessions twice a week, delivered by the highest quality World Skills Fitness Trainer Alumni, covering both high intensity and low intensity workouts to ensure there is something for everyone.

Week 2 (11 May)

    • WEDNESDAY 14:00-14:30 Home Bootcamp with Ricky Raybould

Manchester Metropolitan University, our North West Higher Education partner will be delivering various classes which will be live on their MMU Instagram story @mmusport, led by trained fitness instructors. No equipment is needed, and all abilities are welcome.

University of Hull, our Yorkshire and Humber Higher Education partner will be delivering a range of exercise sessions including exercises to help your posture, glute and hip strength and nutrition advice from their YouTube Channel.

Solent University, our South East Higher Education partner are delivering weekly live fitness classes from their Facebook page. Eva Sargent, a fitness instructor at the University is running a Pilates class and more sessions from the University will be added soon.

Matrix, the Official Fitness Equipment Partner of AoC Sport go live on their YouTube channel with their Master Trainers every Tuesday and Thursday. With three rounds of exercises, plus a warm-up and cool-down built in for full-body conditioning. They are also showcasing demonstrations from TV presenter, and former international gymnast Gabby Logan MBE at 10am every Monday.

Friday
